ISO 9001 Quality Award for Salisbury VCC

Salisbury VCC – the first name in virtual contact centre outsourcing and technology, who specialise in reducing costs, cutting carbon and increasing quality - are delighted to announce their newly appointed status as an ISO 9001 accredited company.
Following an assessment by CQS Quality Systems, an independent certification body, Salisbury VCC has been successful in achieving ISO 9001 certification. This internationally recognised prestigious award for quality, is an international standard in use worldwide as the benchmark for customer care.
The award recognises Salisbury VCC’s commitment to an exception quality of service. With only 3% of businesses holding this certificate, Salisbury VCC are now at the forefront of quality service and customer care.
A delighted Paul McErlean, from Salisbury VCC stated, ‘’We have always been proud of the service we offer our clients. Now with the award of ISO 9001, this has been confirmed by outside experts who are used to judging service on a daily basis in a wide variety of trades and industries. Callum Murphy, a lead assessor from CQS, who undertook Salisbury’s VCC programme of certification paid particular tribute to, ‘’the investment in people and training that enables Salisbury VCC to provide an efficient service to their customers’’.
